Southwestern Style Cauliflower Popcorn | Commercial Dehydrators

Ditch the buttery popcorn for this crunchy, spicy treat. Dehydrated cauliflower is a great stand-in for corn, both in appearance and texture. Once the cauliflower is very crispy, you might not even recognize that it is actually cauliflower! Vary the spices you use to customize the heat level.

Dehydrated Portabello Mushrooms | Commercial Dehydrators

Dried mushrooms can be used in soups, stews, or homemade pasta sauce. Simply dehydrate them at home so you always have some on hand when you need it! If you soak or wash mushrooms in water prior to dehydrating, they will turn an unattractive gray color. These are still fine to eat and cook with, but for a nice-looking dehydrated product, simply clean your mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
