- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup walnuts, pecans or almonds
- 1/2cup honey
- 1/2cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2cup water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

- Mix together honey, oil and water. Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Spread mixture onto dehydrator sheets and smooth to create a thin layer.
- Dehydrate for 18 hours at 105-115 degrees.
