- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger

- Soak pumpkin seeds overnight in enough water to cover the seeds.
- Dry seeds and mix remaining ingredients. Toss seeds in the mixture until they are well coated.
- Place on a dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate for 12-18 hours at 105-115 degrees.
