- Wash the yellow squash then cut off the ends.
 - Slice into rounds with a knife or mandolin.
 - Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
 - Dehydrate at 135°F for about 7-8 hours.
 - Let cool then store in an airtight container.
