- 2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric

- Blend all ingredients in a bowl except cauliflower. Whisk to ensure honey is incorporated. Add cauliflower and mix well so vegetables are well coated.
- Place cauliflower pieces onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 140 degrees for one hour. Lower the temperature and dehydrate at 110 degrees for another 10 hours or until crispy.
