Instructions
  1. Slice oranges with a mandolin or knife so that they are anywhere from 1/8"-1/4" thickness. The thinner the slices are the quicker they will dry
  2. Arrange oranges on your dehydrator tray leaving room for air circulation and dehydrate at 135°F for 15-18 hours until completely dry and brittle
  3. Store in an airtight container
  4. If you wish to make an orange powder, place the dried oranges into a blender and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar in a cool dry place.
