view- 1 pound of extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1/3 cup of low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 cup of water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- Drain then squeeze water out of tofu as much as you can. Place tofu on a clean dish; place paper towels over it and push the down on the brick with your hands for few seconds.
- Slightly grease a dehydrator fruit roll sheets with paper towel.
- Break eggs into blender and whip into uniform mixture. Transfer slurry egg into fruit-roll sheet and place in a dehydrator, and then dry at 145°F for 16 hours or until totally brittle.
- Transfer dried eggs in a coffee grinder or blender and process to a fine powder.
- Store in an air-tight bag.
