  • Pick flowers at full bloom with fully opened petals.

  1. Cut the flowers to remove leaves; cut the stem very short.
  2. Spread flowers on the dehydrator trays in a single layer without overlapping to make sure flowers dry equally.
  3. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 135°F for 4-12 hours depending on the size of your flower; rotate the trays often to dry flowers evenly.
