- 1 bag lemons, (oranges or limes)
- Zest desired citrus fruit; leave the white part of the pith.
- Spread zest equally on dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper. Place in your dehydrator and dry at 130°F for 2 hours.
- Break zest clumps apart and stir zest to make sure they are drying. Dehydrate for 1 to 2 hours at 130°F.
- Store in an air-tight container; in a dark place for up to a year.
