  1. Combine all ingredients in a Mylar bag with an oxygen absorber.
TO PREPARE
  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Bring to a boil, then let cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm for 10 minutes.
