- 6 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
 - 1 cup coconut milk
 - 2 cups applesauce
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
 - 1 tsp. apple pie spice
 - 2 Tbsp. finely chopped raisins
 
(per 1-oz serving): Calories: 20, Sodium: 1 mg, Dietary Fiber: 0.6 g, Total Fat: 0.1 g, Total Carbs: 5.4 g, Protein: 0.1 g.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse once or twice.
 - Spread mixture on greased fruit leather dehydrator sheets.
 - Dehydrate for 8-24 hours at 135 degrees.
 - Cut into strips and roll into cylinders.
