Placing 

an order

Placing an order with us is super easy. Feel free to give us a call or email us, you may also place an order online 24/7, 365 days a year.

If you would prefer a tax invoice sent to you first prior to payment, no problem.  Just give us a call or chat with us through the website. We will collect your details needed for the invoice and have our accounts team issue an invoice. Invoices can also be paid via bank transfer and credit or debit card.

 

You will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after purchase and a tax receipt after payment.

Payment

& Shipping

We accept 3 forms of payment both over the phone and via our checkout cart on the website. These options include Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card, and PayPal.

 

Commercial Range: Our domestic shipping is free with every order and takes 2-3 weeks including handling. International orders are an additional charge but generally include the same shipping time. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

 

Industrial Range: Standard Domestic Shipping is included in your Industrial Units price. These units are made to order and will take around 10-12 weeks to your door.

Returns

& Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money back guarantee with all of our commercial range of dehydrators, so you can feel safe and secure with your dehydrator purchase.

 

Commercial Range: Returns are accepted up to 30-days after purchase. Return freight is to be covered by the purchaser unless the return is due to a manufacturing or freight damage issue that cannot be resolved from a technician callout. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Industrial Range: As these units are built to order and often have specific modifications to an individual customer, returns are not accepted unless due to manufacturing issues that are unable to be resolved from a technician servicing.

Warranty

We offer an unparalleled, industry-best, 3-year commercial warranty. This warranty covers both our Commercial and Industrial Range. Our warranty covers commercial use and includes parts, labor, and on-site servicing. We use local Appliance Repair Technicians to get you back up and running as quickly as possible should anything happen.

 

If repairs are required past the 3-year warranty, we carry all the replacement parts you may need in order to service your dehydrator.
