- 1 cup dehydrated sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup dehydrated corn kernels
- 1/2 cup dehydrated sliced zucchini, rounds cut in half with kitchen scissors
- 1/2 cup dehydrated cubed potatoes
- 1/2 cup dehydrated bell pepper strips
- 1/2 cup dehydrated sliced onion
- 1/4 cup dehydrated chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground dehydrated ginger
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon crushed dehydrated basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated sliced garlic, crushed
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- Place all the ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker, stir to combine, and cover. Cook on LOW for 5 hours.
