  • 2 packets ramen noodles
  • 1 dehydrated red bell pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Add enough water to cook ramen noodles to a pot.
  2. Add ramen noodles and bell pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  3. Remove from heat, drain the water leaving about 1/4 cup in the pot.
  4. Stir in lime juice, chopped peanuts, peanut butter, salt and pepper.
