- 2 packets ramen noodles
- 1 dehydrated red bell pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add enough water to cook ramen noodles to a pot.
- Add ramen noodles and bell pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat, drain the water leaving about 1/4 cup in the pot.
- Stir in lime juice, chopped peanuts, peanut butter, salt and pepper.
