- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 & 1/2 cups dehydrated sliced sweet potatoes, each round cut in half with kitchen scissors
- 1 cup dehydrated cut green beans
- 1/4 cup dehydrated chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups water
- 1 (15-ounce) can vegetable broth
- Place all the ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker, stir to combine, and cover. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
