- 1/4 cup dehydrated sliced onions
- 2 cups cooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 & 1/4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed dehydrated thyme
- 2 & 1/2 cups dehydrated spinach
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, folding in the spinach last. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake until bubbling and browned on top, about 25 minutes.
