- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups dehydrated chopped apples
- 1/2 cup dehydrated grapes
- 1/4 cup dehydrated chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 cups dehydrated cubed white bread
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large pot, bring the broth and water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the dehydrated apples, grapes, celery, rosemary, and lemon zest, stir to combine, cover, and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes to rehydrate.
- Stir in the butter. Add the bread cubes and walnuts and toss until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Pour into the baking dish and bake until the top is golden brown, about 1 hour.
