  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups dehydrated chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup dehydrated grapes
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 cups dehydrated cubed white bread
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot, bring the broth and water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the dehydrated apples, grapes, celery, rosemary, and lemon zest, stir to combine, cover, and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes to rehydrate.
  3. Stir in the butter. Add the bread cubes and walnuts and toss until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour into the baking dish and bake until the top is golden brown, about 1 hour.
