Quick Bread Mix | Commercial Dehydrators

I use this mix as the basis for a lot of my quick bread recipes. It's also delicious mixed up just as is. Vacuum seal the mix in one-loaf quantities, or put it in canning jars, with the directions for finishing and baking the loaf on a decorative label, for a lovely gift at holiday time.

I developed this recipe just for use with dehydrated ginger. If you make these cookies with store-bought ground ginger, they will be way too strong. If you like ginger cookies, please try these dehydrated ginger has its own special flavor, which I think is far superior to store-bought.
