Quick Blueberry Bread | Commercial Dehydrators

You'll love the taste of this Blueberry Bread, though you might have to share! This delicious loaf tastes very similar to a blueberry muffin and is perfect for your afternoon tea time.

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dehydrated blueberries and boiling water, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes to rehydrate. Drain any remaining water.
  3. Pour the Quick Bread Mix into a large bowl. Add the eggs, 1 cup water, and oil and mix until smooth. Stir in the rehydrated berries. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake until golden brown and the center springs back when pushed down, about 50 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
