  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered dehydrated pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated thinly sliced orange with the peel, cut into small pieces with kitchen scissors

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk all the ingredients together. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer about 20 minutes, until it reaches the consistency you like.
  2. Pour into a sterilized pint canning jar, cover, let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. It will keep in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
