- 1 (3-ounce) box pineapple or lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated steamed cubed pineapple (pineapple must be cooked before dehydration for the gelatin to set)
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated shredded carrots
- In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients and let sit outside of the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Pour into a mold if you like, then refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours.
