- 2 tablespoons boiling water.
- 1/4 cup dehydrated steamed chopped pineapple
- 2 & 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated shredded coconut

- In a small bowl, sprinkle the boiling water over the dehydrated pineapple and let sit for 5 minutes. Do not drain.
- Add the yogurt and coconut and mix everything together. For each popsicle, fill a 1/2-cup mold with the mixture. Place the popsicle sticks and lids on the molds and freeze for 8 hours.
