  • 1 quart Christmas Apples
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 18 large marshmallows

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour the Christmas Apples in a large saucepan; remove the cloves and slice of ginger and discard. Stir in the cornstarch and cook, stirring, over medium heat until thick.
  3. Remove from the heat and place about 1/2 cup of the mixture in each of six 4-inch-diameter pudding dishes. Top each with 3 marshmallows. Bake until the marshmallows are golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
