  1. Place all the ingredients except the egg noodles and salt in a 6-quart slow cooker, stir to combine, and cover. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  2. Stir in the egg noodles, cover, and cook until they are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Taste for salt and serve.
