Made with croissants, loaded with fruit, and sweetened with maple syrup, these little puddings will delight your guests.

Instructions
  1. Place the milk, maple syrup, butter, eggs, and almond extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the cubed croissants and your choice of dehydrated fruit in a large bowl and pour the milk mixture over. Use your fingers to lightly toss everything together. Divide the mixture between four 1 & 1/2-cup ovenproof baking dishes. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. Place the dishes on a cookie sheet and bake until the puddings puff up and the tops turn golden brown, about 35 minutes.
