Ingredients
  • 12 ounces dehydrated tomato slices
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 (packed) cups of flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey

  1. Add 6 cups of water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the tomatoes, reduce to low heat, cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until very soft. Drain, rinse with some warm water then squeeze
  3. Combine tomatoes with garlic in a food processor. Process for 1 minute, or until coarsely chopped. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil and process for another 1 minute.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well combined.
