Dehydrated Cranberry Spread | Commercial Dehydrators

A quick and easy recipe for making Cranberry Sauce from dried cranberries. It’s perfect to enjoy as is, but you can also add it to ice-cream, toast or even a turkey sandwich!

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup soft fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2-3 teaspoons honey
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
  1. Spray cooking spray on the metal blades of the processor.
  2. Add dried cranberries to the food processor and chop coarsely.  
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until blended well.
  4. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate covered for up to 3 days if not using  immediately.
