- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dehydrated chopped cranberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon powdered dehydrated oranges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound turkey breast cutlets
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, maple syrup, cranberries, sugar, butter, and orange powder and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat, then brown the turkey cutlets on both sides until golden and cooked through. Pour the sauce over the cooked turkey and serve.
