- 4 cups dehydrated sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup dehydrated chopped onions
- 2 cups cool water
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon crushed dehydrated dill
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine the dehydrated cucumbers and onions, pour the water over, cover, and let soak for 2 to 3 minutes to rehydrate. Drain off any remaining water.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together until smooth. Add to the cucumbers and toss lightly to coat. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
