- 1 pound ground beef, cooked in a skillet until no longer pink
- 1 cup dehydrated sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup dehydrated shredded carrots
- 1 cup dehydrated shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup dehydrated sliced onions
- 2 tablespoons powdered beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 dehydrated garlic slices, crushed
- 1 (15-ounce) can black-eyed peas (don't drain)
- 7 cups water
- Combine all the ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker, cover, and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
