Apple Oven Pancake | Commercial Dehydrators

This oven pancake is nothing short of spectacular in both taste and appearance.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium heatproof bowl, combine the dehydrated apples and grapes. Pour the boiling water over, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes to rehydrate. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of the butter, stir together until well combined, and then pour into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and let it fully reheat.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, flour, and the remaining 1 tablespoon butter together. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the pie plate. Bake until the pancake puffs up and browns on the top, another 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, and garnish with dehydrated raspberries.
