Instructions
  1. Bundle smaller herbs and leaves together to make sure the leaves don't fall down the trays. Space herbs so they recieve plenty of air circulation
  2. Dehydrate at 95°F for 12-24 hours or until herbs are dry (when the leaves crumble) and stems break when you bend them
  3. Store in an airtight container
